In this lesson we are going to introduce you to the financial calculator and go over the basic functions used to structure mortgages, and solve for time value of money variables. Following the introduction, we will use the basic functions to begin working on sample calculations of real world scenarios. We recommend that you take the time to go through the calculator introduction before continuing to the sample calculations.
